Most products we sell at MASTR BLASTR Gel Blasters is covered by a warranty. These warranty's cover the user from having to purchase parts, accessories and/or services.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased or was delivered.

Faulty products must be sent back with copy of proof of purchase.

Any items returned to us claiming to be faulty but found to be in fully functional working order will incur a fee to cover return postage.

We have different levels in warranty and what they will cover and how long the warranty lasts.

warranty's do not cover the user from miss use or any modifications installed by the user.

Below are our different warranty levels and what each warranty covers and how long they last.



  • Most of our cheaper "out of the box" blasters fall into this category.
  • Warranty lasts for 30 calendar Days


  • Most of our high-end "out of the box" and custom gel blasters (SLONG, LDT, WETECH & Armorer Works fall into this category.
  • Warranty lasts for 90 calendar Days


  • Some of our high-end parts like T238 DTU's, FCONEGY batteries and RetroArms accessories.
  • Warranty lasts for 1 calendar Year



  • Some of our T238, JEFFTRON & RetroArms parts are covered
  • Warranty Lasts for 2 calendar Years


Everything (battery, gearbox, circuit boards, magazines) is kept under a limited warranty. If the Gel Blaster is left unmodified or with no upgrades, we will fix or replace the product.

Items returned due to a manufacturing fault will be either be repaired or replaced and if we can't replace your product, we will refund you the full amount plus any postage costs.

Before sending back a faulty product please email us at electronicsportscorp@outlook.com, call 0477978025 or send a message with a description of the fault. We will reply to you as quickly as possible.

Item must be in the same condition that you received it (unmodified, not upgraded, original packaging, no damage to product).

Any blaster found to be physically damaged by user neglect, either internally or externally, upgraded or modified, used apart from the manufacturer specifications or intended use included, but not limited to, the use of BB’s (gel balls, metal, glass or plastic BB's or otherwise will void warranty.
